KHS Corpoplast Training
| Available Courses
| Basic training
Basic training
An optimal basic training programme comprises 3 consecutive qualification steps composed of theoretical and practical elements. Wherever possible training is conducted with your own machine - firstly in Hamburg and then locally.
3-phase programme
Combination course consisting of three training modules
Basic training
Practical operation / Maintenance training at the client’s premises
Refresher training: Client-related refresher seminar
The sequence of the individual courses optimizes knowledge transfer, i.e.
the taught knowledge is consolidated by practical application exercises. The
combination of in-depth consolidation and repetition guarantees the highest availabily of machine knowledge. Moreover, the start-up phase until the maximum
level in production efficiency is reached is significantly shortened.

Training Agenda
Basic training – 4 days
Basic training
A course that combines theoretical and practical elements (see training agenda)
Building up machine technology knowledge
Basic understanding of the stretch-blow moulding process
Introduction to machine operation (screen, mechanical elements)
and documentation
The trainees are familiarized with the interaction of the
machine parts, and they are taught to analyse arising faults and
how these can be speedily remedied, thereby minimizing
production downtimes.
Process technology is taught by a series of practical exercises
on laboratory machines. A trained operator can recognize bottle
flaws to avoid waste during production.
Training is also devoted to safety in machine operation to
avoid injury
and machine damage as a result of operating faults.
Training prior to installation ensures a rapid start of production.

Order of Training
Maintenance training –
3 days
Operation/Maintenance training
Practical course with the client’s own machine to further basic training
Practical in-depth consolidation of machine knowledge
Production and process optimisation with an instructor
Exercises in operation
Practising product changing
Monthly maintenance and mechanical monitoring of the machine
Practical basic training refresher course to consolidate
application knowledge
Carrying out the first maintenance and product change
routines under supervision in order to protect the machine and its
components from damage
Guided learning of production and optimisation to diminish
waste and permanently boost efficiency

Order of Training
Refresher course – 2 days
Refresher training
Short course to refresh and consolidate machine and process knowledge in according toclient’s requirements.
Co-ordination with the client ensures presentation the relevant
specific knowledge only
The course reveals and exploits specific efficiency potentials
in process knowledge.
